COVID-19 *

All clients must fill out and submit our Covid-19 Questionnaire prior to resuming services. It is essential that we all do our part in order to keep our province's curve flattened. We ask that you stay transparent with us during this time and speak up if you've experienced any change in health in relation to symptoms of Clovid-19. Our population of clientele includes seniors, immune-compromised, pregnant and frontline workers.Iin order for our business to run smoothly without the possibility of transmission, we must take the respected precautions.

Starting immediately, any owner who is experiencing symptoms that are out of the ordinary, must let Eileen know ASAP. We will suspend their dog's walks until their isolation period is over. Covid-19 has varying symptoms and everybody seems to be displaying something different, so please be mindful of any changes. If you come in immediate contact with someone who started displaying symptoms, you must also let Eileen know ASAP. Additionally, you can rest assure that we will also be transparent with you if we've started to feel under the weather or have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive. If this is the case, we will immediate start self-isolating and temporarily close the business for 14 days.

During pick up and drop off, clients have the right to let us know if they'd prefer us to come into their home wearing a mask. We are happy to accommodate this, however our masks will be taken off during drive time and on our walks. Additionally, we will be using gloves to limit any transmission.

As an extra precaution, we will only be using our leashes for pick up and drop off. If your dog requires a training collar such as a prong collar, martingale collar, halti or harness, we ask that you leave it out in visible sight for us. We will bring it with us and attach it to your dog once they're in the safety of our vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH LEASH TO TRAINING COLLAR, WE WILL BE USING OUR OWN LEASHES FOR THE TIME BEING!

We will be disinfecting our hands before and after each pickup/drop off, as well as disinfecting our vehicles after each group has finished. We will be using a natural disinfectant that will not harm the dogs during transport and is safe for the environment. In the evenings, we will put our vehicles through another deep clean with recommended solutions suggested by CDC and blankets/towels will be washed and replaced.

If your dog has a cloth collar, bandana or harness, we kindly ask you to consider washing it prior to starting dog walks with us. As suggested by local veterinarians, they believe that Covid-19 has a potential of being transferred through collars. While this isn't common, it can happen and we want to reduce our risk as much as we can so that we can continue operating respectfully.

Any clients who live in apartment buildings will now be required to be home during their dogs pick-up/drop off time slot. We kindly ask that you to meet us at the front/side door of your building for handoff.

Due to the complexity of reintegrating dogs back into the pack, dog walking services will be limited until at least July 1st, We will try our best to accommodate clients desired days/time, but we cannot guarantee this. We kindly ask for understanding and flexibility during this time while we safely reintegrate our pack members into their groups.
